Year 3 Class Blog - Wk 23rd Nov

What a crazy busy week! We have had so much fun this week in our Design & Technology lessons, focusing on cooking and baking. We made different sandwich toppings last week and I was impressed to see so many children have a taste of new ingredients. Yesterday, we made jam tarts and the children were so sensible, rolling out their dough and making the tarts, it was a bit of problem getting them cool enough to send home! This afternoon we are excited to make our individual pizzas! We have been really enjoying our Guided Reading book all about Danny and his father poaching seasonal food, which links to our topic on seasonal food.
