Y5 Blog 12.03.21

We've had a lovely first week back in Y5 - it's been fantastic to have everybody back together again. There's been lots going on this week, as it's also been Science Week. We've had a virtual trip to Chester Zoo, Silly Science workshops, a zoomed in photo competiton (photos this week; competition next week) and even a 'Big Dunk Challenge' (have a look on Facebook for our photos). It's been great fun and the children have really enjoyed it. 

Our Superstar award this week goes to Riley! Riley has rejoined us this week and he's fitted into class really well - it must have been difficult and strange for us all, on Monday morning but it must have been especially hard for Riley. We are very proud of how well he's coped with such a big change.

Our Christian Value winner is Lucy H. Lucy has shown amazing wisdom this week, particularly with her skills in arithmetic. Keep up the good work Lucy, you've done an excellent job so far!

Well done for this week Y5 and thank you for making our first week back together such a fun one!
