Uniform

Bryn St Peter’s School Uniform

At Bryn St Peter's, we wear our school uniform with pride.

The uniform is smart, comfortable and very hard wearing. It is produced for our school by 2 reputable companies at a very reasonable price (Sportsline and Slaters).

Plain t shirts and sweatshirts can also be purchased from other sellers.

Our uniform consists of:

  • Red polo shirt with badge
  • Navy round neck sweatshirt with badge or Navy cardigan with badge (Y6 children wear a royal blue sweatshirt/cardigan)
  • Grey skirt or trousers or a red Gingham summer dress
  • Navy fleece with badge/navy hoody with badge (both optional)
  • Footwear suitable for daily exercise  - training shoes are acceptable.
  • A small book bag (no backpacks please – we do not have the space in school to store backpacks)

Please note: Each class has a sports afternoon (please refer to your child's class page), children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 children should wear their school sports kit on their allocated PE days.

However, if your child is in Reception class they should bring their sports kit into school and leave them here, as they may take part in PE or outdoor learning on a number of different days.

Children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 may also come to school wearing their sports kit if they are attending a sports after-school club that day.

Our School Sports kit consists of:

Jewellery

In the interests of safety and practicality, children should not wear jewellery to school, with the exception of a wristwatch.

Earrings are not recommended, as they can be easily lost or cause injury. However, if earrings are worn, they must be small studs only.

For health and safety reasons, all earrings must be removed for PE lessons. If your child is unable to remove their earrings independently, we ask that they are taken out at home on PE days before coming to school.
