Y5 Blog Week beginning 19.10.2020

This week we have been thinking about black history, linking in with 'Black History Month'. Y5 have been very mature and respectful in all of the lessons we have done this week - we have even had a class debate, which was fantastic and all of the class got fully involved. You did an excellent job Y5 well done! I'm very proud of your efforts 

We had a special Harvest Celebration assembly with Nicola this week, so we don't have any Christian Value or Superstar winners but we do have some reading champions in the class. Emilie is our top reader - she's read the most words this half term and Hasan is in currently in second place. Don't forget we are all competing to be Millionare Readers - are you up to the challenge?

The boys have finally taken the dojo crown - Morgan is king of the dojos this week, with Isaac coming a close second. Well done boys - keep up the hard work!
