Year 4 Class Blog - Week beginning 7th December, 2020.

Hi guys,

This week in English we produced a non-chronological report on robots, as well as completing an assessed piece of writing all about 'Excitable Edgar' - the fire-breathing dragon from the Sainsbury's advert.

In Maths, we completed our end of term Big Maths assessment, in which some children came away with some excellent scores!

A huge congratulations goes to Alfie for being this week's Superstar- he has shown a brilliant level of progress from his first maths test back in September - we're super proud of him. Violet is this week's Christian Value winner for resilience. She has worked her socks off to complete her reading book over the last few weeks and now she's fready to find another challenge!

In the afternoons, we've been practising our class production - so keep your eyes peeled for something fantastic!

On Friday we had our Christmas dinner and - judging by the clean plates and smiling faces - it went down a treat, quite literally!

Orther great week ticked off! Well done, guys!
