Y5 Blog Week beginning 28.09.2020

This week we've been looking at numbers up to 1, 000, 000 (rounding and ordering/comparing). In English, we started to compare Beatrice to Carl, the characters from our book 'The Girl Who Never Makes Mistakes' and we've continued to work on our self-portraits in art; we've even added in a background, after looking at some more of Frida Kahlo's work.

Our Superstar and Christian Value winners:

TJ is our Superstar for being so enthusiatic with his maths work this week, he's done really well with the challenges too - well done TJ!

Michelle is our Christian Value winner for showing lots of courage. Michelle has been so brave this week - starting at a new school, in the middle of a pandemic! Well done Michelle!

Isaac, Morgan and Ariella have managed to make it to the top of our Behaviour Board this week, reaching 'Outstanding' - keep up the good work guys, we are very proud of you.
