Hi guys,

This week in English we created an assessed piece of descriptive writing based on a random character: The Gruffalo. The children had to rememeber the features that we've looked at since starting the topic before including them in their own piece.

In Maths, we've continued with number and place value before completing our half termly Big Maths assessment.

A huge congratulations goes to Leah for being this week's Superstar- she was awarded this for having a great week in which she has shown a great attitude towards her reading. Codie is this week's Christian Value winner for her hard work in English - she used some brilliant description in her writing ad created a brilliant assessed piece.

Keep up the good work, guys  and let's have a big last week before the half term break!
